      为实现对重型车辆柴油机缸套-活塞环动载荷磨损仿真计算,通过分析柴油机动载荷工况特点及其对磨损 的影响,基于稳定载荷及动载荷磨损试件表面形貌SEM分析,提出缸套-活塞环动载荷磨损简化机制。依据响应面拟 合的方法和磨损试验数据,建立Archard磨损模型中磨损系数K基于载荷工况参数与形貌特征参数的预测公式,并通过 两组动载荷磨损试验对磨损计算模型进行验证,结果表明:表面粗糙度计算误差为59%,磨损量计算误差为739%, 磨损计算模型具有一定精度,能够用于车辆柴油机缸套-活塞环磨损仿真计算。
英文摘要:
      In order to realize the simulation calculation of the dynamic load wear of heavy vehicle diesel engine cylinder piston ring,the dynamic load work condition characteristic and its effect on wear of diesel engine were analyzed,based on the wear sample surface topography SEM analysis on the steady load and dynamic load condition,the simplification dynamic load abrasion mechanism for cylinder piston ring was suggested.According to the method of response surface fitting and the wear test data,the predictor formula for the coefficient of wear in the Archard wear model was created based on the loading work condition parameters and the topography characteristic parameters.The wear calculating model was validated by two group dynamic load wear test data.The results show that the calculation error of surface roughness is 59%,the calculation error of wear extent degree is 739%,the wear calculating model is precise and can be used for cylinder piston ring wear simulation calculation in vehicle engine.
