      以不同黏度矿物油为基础油体系,以高分子含氮类化合物及微晶蜡为稠化剂体系,固体磺酸盐及硼酸盐为添加剂体系,制备一种高黏附性能钢丝绳脂产品。通过典型数据对比及产品现场应用表明:该产品具有良好的高低温黏附性能、防锈性能、抗水性能及极压性能,能够满足环境温差大、防护要求高、高负荷以及高速运转的钢丝绳的使用要求。
英文摘要:
      A wire rope grease product of high adhesion performance was prepared, with different viscosity mineral oil as base oil system, polymers compounds containing nitrogen and microcrystalline wax agent as thickener, solid sulfonate and borate as additives. Through the comparison of the typical data and the field application result, the results show that the product has good performance of high and low temperature adhesion, water resistance and extreme pressure properties. It can satisfy the requirements of wire rope, such as great temperature difference, high protection requirements, high load and high rotation speed.
