      针对某大直径回转装置密封部位摩擦力过大的问题,对不同密封元件及其在不同润滑状态下的摩擦特性进行实验研究,并结合润滑脂弹性流体动力润滑理论进行减摩机制分析。研究结果表明:回转装置密封部位在低温下摩擦力急剧增大;普通硅橡胶O形圈不适合对摩擦力有严格限制的旋转密封,而填充聚四氟乙烯组合密封圈则可以有效降低密封部位的摩擦,且动静摩擦力趋于一致;在动密封滑动摩擦面上添加特种润滑脂后,形成弹流润滑膜,回转装置在-40~60℃范围内特别是在-40℃时的摩擦力进一步降低,从而可使密封部位摩擦力对回转装置动态性能的不利影响减到最小。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the large friction of the seal of a large rotary device,the friction characteristics of two seal components at different lubrication states were experimentally studied,and the mechanism of friction reducing of the grease was analyzed based on the elastohydrodynamic theory.The results show that the friction of the rotary device tends to increase greatly at low temperature,and ordinary silicone rubber O-ring is not suitable for rotary seal when friction is restricted,but a combined PTFE seal ring can efficiently reduce the friction of the rotary device seal,and it has a close static and dynamic friction force.A thin elastohydrodynamic lubricating film is formed when a special grease is added in the sliding friction surface,the friction at-40~60℃,especially at-40℃,is further declined,and the influence of the friction of the seal on the dynamic performances of the device is minimized.
