      针对空间环境中微重力条件下的液体润滑系统,基于谐波原理提出一种新型润滑油供应方式。该供油方式通过弹性体变形和质点振动将储油腔内的润滑油供应到摩擦表面,实现了不需要油泵驱动供应润滑油的目的。建立弹性体的径向弯曲变形模型和弹性体质点振动模型,利用有限元软件计算并分析弹性体变形和质点振动,研究弹性体壁厚和连通油孔直径及油孔倾斜角等结构参数对润滑油供应的影响。计算结果表明:改变弹性体厚度和连通油孔直径,系统的供油性能发生变化;在工作载荷作用下弹性体产生径向弯曲变形和弹性体质点沿径向的振动,从而使储油腔内的润滑油供应到摩擦表面,验证了所设计润滑系统供油原理的可行性。
英文摘要:
      For the liquid lubrication system operating at microgravity conditions in space,a new mode of oil supply was proposed based on the harmonic principle.The oil was supplied to the friction surface by means of the elastomer deformation and particle vibration from storage chamber.The purpose of oil supplying with no need for pump was achieved.The theoretical modes were founded on the radial bending deformation and a particle vibration of the elastomer; The deformation and particle vibration were calculated and analyzed utilizing finite element software; The affection on lubrication performance was studied which was caused by the structure parameters of elastomer,such as the wall thickness,the diameter of connecting oil-hole.The calculation results show that:the performance of oil supplying varies with the elastomer thickness,diameter and inclination angle of connecting oil-hole.Under the working load,the radial bending deformation of the elastomer and the vibration of the particle along the radial direction are occurred to supply the oil to friction surface from storage chamber.The calculation results verify the feasibility of oil supply principle for the designed lubrication system.
