      采用红外光谱和XRD对进口银锑黏结固体润滑涂层的成分进行分析。结果表明,银锑涂层主要由酚醛树脂、石墨、三氧化二锑和银组成。根据银锑涂层的成份,研制THC-800和F44两种黏结固体润滑涂层,分别采用CSM摩擦试验机和MHK-500A环块磨损试验机评价两种涂层在干摩擦和RP-3航空煤油润滑下的摩擦学性能。结果表明,在载荷15N、振幅1.25mm、频率10Hz及干摩擦的实验条件下,THC-800涂层的耐磨寿命大于540min,而F44涂层的耐磨寿命仅220min,摩擦因数分别为0.075和0.080;在载荷1120N、滑动速度2.56m/s及RP-3航空煤油润滑下,THC-800涂层和F44涂层的耐磨性分别为16.3km/μm和11.8km/μm,摩擦因数分别为0.076和0.080;无论在干摩擦还是油润滑下,THC-800涂层比F44涂层均具有较好的摩擦学性能。

      The components of the imported silver and stibium bonded solid lubricant coating was investigated by FTIR spectra and XRD,and that the coating was composed of phenolic resin,graphite,stibous oxide and silver.Two kinds of bonded solid lubricant coatings named THC 800 and F44 were prepared according to the components of the imported silver and stibium coating,and their tribological properties were investigated by CSM friction tester under dry friction and MHK-500A friction wear tester under RP-3 aviation kerosene lubrication,respectively.The results show that the wear life of THC-800 coating achieves a greater than 540 minutes at the load of 15 N,the vibration amplitude of 1.25mm and the frequency of 10 Hz,while the wear life of F44 coating is only 220 minutes,and their friction coefficient is 0.075 and 0.080,respectively.The abrasive resistance of the THC-800 coating and F44 coating is 16.3km/μm and 11.8km/μm under oil lubrication at the load of 1120N and the sliding speed of 2.56m/s,and their friction coefficient is 0.076 and 0.080,respectively.THC-800 coating displays a lower friction coefficient and a longer wearing life compared to the F44 coating,which indicates that THC-800 coating possesses a better tribological properties than F44 coating.
